LXIX/ Leaders

One leader in this world that has been a very great at being a leader is Kamehameha The 1st, who was the king of Hawaii back when it was its own country. This man conquered all eight major Hawaiian islands. He wasn't a dictator, he just conquered the islands so they could all be one together, all be the beautiful country of Hawaii.

The first Kamehameha was known for bringing the islands of Hawaii together even though Hawaii is now a state of America, the Hawaiian people still honor the first Kamehameha as well as the other Hawaiian king. Kamehameha will always be known and honored for bringing the islands together, if he didn't then Hawaii probably wouldn't have belonged to America today or Hawaii may have just been known today as the islands in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.

He brought together the eight islands that were named: Hawai'i, Kaua'i, Kaho'olawe, Lana'i, Maui, Moloka'i, Ni'ihau, and O'ahu. Kamehameha will always be remembered on these eight islands and the world.

LXVIII/ Adulthood

1.) What do you look forward to when you become an adult?

The number one thing that I'm looking forward to with adulthood is going to college and getting my major in Literature. I can not wait until I can become a professional author. I already start writing stories right now with my young age, this is a great practice for me to learn to write more maturely. And the fact that people can review my writing helps me even more. Being an author is my dream job.

The second thing I look forward to with adulthood is to (this is slightly embarrassing) have a family of my own. I am completely obsessed with the idea of living in your own house that you bought, with your spouse (Yes, I want to get married), and it's bigger then your parents house. I can't wait to move out and start to build my new life. MAYBE even having children can be fun.

The last big thing I look forward to with adulthood is being able to do whatever I want. By this, I mean traveling. I would love to go to my top 30 favorite countries. I would also absolutely love to live in a different country for a while just to learn the language. (I would write my top 30 favorite countries but, this is slightly personal.) The first place I would travel to would be our nation's capitol, Washington DC then the wonderful states of Florida and Hawaii. Maybe even the battleground were The Revolutionary War was held. (I am OBSESSED with history.)
