My XIII Post

My XIII post is going to be for a class assignment. So here is my single story.

I am a student at The Christopher Stems Leadership Academy. To be in a program that uses Globaloria that is one out of two in California is different. A lot of people expect a lot out of me but, sometimes it's hard to be the one who is expected to be the best in the class. Sometimes I wish I could fade into oblivion, sometimes I wish I could do better and sometimes I am proud of myself when I do something that I think is perfect. I think that I represent a very focused and talented student at The Christopher Stems Leadership Academy.

My Twelfth Post

Guess what? I lost one more pound! I am way more skinnier than last year. My New Year's resolution is to lose some weight. And I have just noticed that I must be a natural born artist and author. I like to draw and sometimes when I do they come out to be really beautiful. Then sometimes when I write I look at my work and think, ' Wow I made that'. Well that is all I have to say for right now. Thank You for reading!

Tenth Post

This post is about a video we watched just recently. The video was about a woman who was talking about her childhood and how her life was when she was younger such as when she didn't finish finish her food her mom would tell her to finish it because there are people who are starving and poor, or how she started reading at four years old. She also said that she read book that were from England and America and that she grew up to write books. There are other things she talked about but I need to move on with my post.

The meaning of having a 'single story' about a place or community is your saying something on your own opinion about it or just talking about it. It could be like an interview or a spot-on.

I have never seen a single story about our community before. I might go back and redo this part if I ever see one.

I once seen a single story about the Bernelle Middle School community. It taught us about how educational it was there and how it was the best place for your child but, they left out on how there are shootings, child abductions and, other stuff that is bad for the safety for your child. You could learn about somethings about their community.

A game could let players experience many stories of a community or place by making a game that can be similar to a quiz. For an example You could give the information first and then give the player a question. This would be one way to make a game where the players can experience facts about a place or community.

Ninth Post

I made a few more songs yesterday. If I show them to Mr. Inda then I would have to black out some words. I am addicted to the gadgets, I keep on playing them and when I want to stop something I need to find a substitute that is good and will help me get over my addiction. I once had and addiction to potato chips then I started eating apple chips they are better for you. Well there are my sentences for today. Thank You for reading!
